Following the flawed CfD process, meant to take over from ROC’s for sites of >5MW, a massive 1.6GW was installed in Q1 of this year under ROC’s, almost doubling UK solar capacity in one quarter. Cornwall and the SW are now officially full, following notice from Western Power that no more generation connections can be offered.
