This 600kW system operates nearby an earlier 50kW roof system installed by the owner some years ago. Always keen to ensure that as much green energy as possible is generated, the farmer installed the solar farm in September last year.

The farmer also uses sheep to maintain the grass at a level below the panels, in order to ensure there is no shading.
